Incentives for business development through partnerships and corporate transformations and other provisions
THE PRESIDENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC
Hereby adopts the following Law which has been passed by the Parliament:
Article 1. Scope – Text of law
- The present Law shall apply to all types of business transformations under par. 1, art. 1, Law 4601/2019 (A’ 44).
- The present Law shall also apply to those types of transformations provided for under Legislative Decree 1297/1972 (A’ 217), Law 2166/1993 (A’ 137), Law 4172/2013 (A’ 167) or other laws, of fiscal or development nature in particular, which are not included in the types of transformations provided for under par. 1.
- With regard to tax regulations and the benefits or incentives provided, the application of articles 1-9 excludes the application of Legislative Decree 1297/1972, Law 2166/1993 and Law 4172/2013 (A’ 167).
We hereby order the publication of the present Law in the Government Gazette and its execution as law of the State.

Hereby adopts the following Law which has been passed by the Parliament:
Article 8. Retention of administrative licenses in force – Text of law
In the case of contribution of a sole proprietorship to any form of company under the provisions of Article 1, all types of administrative licenses, including personal licenses issued to the sole proprietorship, shall remain and continue in effect in the new company. Similarly, it is possible a) to transfer the rights and claims vested by sole proprietorships from various national and European bodies, as well as b) to preserve the benefits as set out in Law 4690/2020 (A’ 104) with regard to reduced insurance contributions and c) their contribution to the new company.
We hereby order the publication of the present Law in the Government Gazette and its execution as law of the State.
