Indicative Pricing for Tax Representative Services in Greece
This pricing page gives indicative starting fees for tax representative support in Greece. Because non-resident, foreign company, property, VAT and fiscal representation cases can differ significantly, final pricing is issued only after case assessment, document review and scope confirmation.

Pricing
Important Pricing Note
All prices below are indicative starting fees and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing depends on the taxpayer type, country, document condition, legalisation/translation needs, urgency, risk level, VAT exposure, annual filing obligations, number of properties or companies involved and whether ongoing representation is required. VAT, government fees, third-party fees, certified translations, courier costs, notary/legal costs and tax liabilities are not included unless expressly stated.

Why We Use Assessment-Based Pricing
Tax representative cases are not identical. A simple non-resident AFM case is different from a foreign company VAT case, a property owner with E9/ENFIA obligations, a non-EU document legalisation route or a foreign company requiring fiscal representation.
We therefore price the service after reviewing who the taxpayer is, why Greece is involved, what documents exist, what obligations are already active and whether the role is procedural, recurring, VAT-related or higher-risk.

& Quote
Assessment and Quotation Process
The purpose is to avoid unclear pricing. We define the route, documents, risks, exclusions and recurring obligations before issuing the final engagement proposal.
Submit Case
The client submits taxpayer type, country, purpose and available documents.
Classify Route
We classify the file as individual, company, property, VAT, fiscal or annual desk.
Document Map
We identify missing documents, legalisation, translations and representative data.
Scope Definition
We define exactly what is included, excluded and priced separately.
Quotation
We issue final pricing, timing, deliverables and payment structure.
Engagement
Work starts after confirmation, document delivery and engagement acceptance.
What Is Usually Included
The final proposal specifies inclusions. For standard cases, the scope may include:
- Initial case assessment and tax representative route review
- Checklist of required identity or corporate documents
- Guidance on AFM, myAADE, representative appointment or VAT route
- Coordination with the Greek tax registry where applicable
- Defined deliverables and written pricing before execution
- Option for ongoing annual tax representative desk support
Scope Complexity Meter
The final fee depends on complexity. The same title “tax representative” may mean a simple procedural case, an annual non-resident tax desk, a foreign company tax registry file or a VAT/fiscal representative review.

Start RequestPricing FAQ
Are the prices final?
No. The prices are indicative starting fees. Final pricing is issued after assessment of the taxpayer type, country, documents, urgency, risk and required deliverables.
Why is an assessment needed before final pricing?
Tax representative cases differ significantly. A simple AFM case is not the same as a VAT/fiscal representation case, a foreign company file, a property tax file or an annual recurring desk.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. VAT is not included unless expressly stated. VAT treatment depends on the applicable service, client status and invoicing conditions.
Are taxes, penalties or ENFIA included?
No. Tax liabilities, penalties, interest, ENFIA, VAT payable or other public charges are never included in our professional fees.
Can the service be performed remotely?
Many steps can be coordinated remotely through digital document exchange and online communication. Some cases may require certified documents, apostille, translations or official identification procedures.
Does annual tax representative support include tax returns?
Not automatically. Annual desk support and tax filings are separate unless the final proposal expressly includes a tax return, E9, VAT return or other filing.
Why This Pricing Model Works
- It separates simple cases from complex or recurring files.
- It avoids hidden fees by defining inclusions and exclusions first.
- It protects the client from buying the wrong service route.
- It allows EU, non-EU, individual and company cases to be priced correctly.
- It connects the price with actual deliverables, timing and risk.
- It supports long-term cooperation through annual desk options where needed.
